Did you watch Matt Lauer's very important interview with Britney Spears? I turned it off right away, because I thought I was supposed to feel bad about my role in our tabloid culture and how it's punishing this poor girl for dropping her baby on his head and walking barefoot into gas station restrooms. Then, because NBC's programming clock is always a little bit off, I saw the tail end when I flipped over to Windfall. Wow! That is one incoherent young woman. Remember that special she did on MTV with Brian McFayden, back in the late '90s, when she seemed so funny? She and McFayden were totally flirting while trolling flea markets in Greenwich Village. We probably watched it twice or three times, and then you called me an ass for preferring Mandy Moore. I guess my question is this: Is Brian McFayden still the host of Beauty and the Geek?
